The Community section of the Comprehensive Plan explores the social fabric, identity, and quality of life that define our city. This chapter focuses on the people who live, work, and engage here — highlighting demographics, education, housing, health, arts and culture, civic engagement, and public safety. It also examines equity, inclusivity, and resilience to ensure that all residents have access to opportunities and resources.
