Early planning deliverables are now available on the portal:

  • Base Studies (Drafts Completed): Population & Housing, Infrastructure (water, wastewater, & stormwater), Public Facilities, and Transportation.
  • Existing Plans & Risk Assessments: How current planning documents align with future community needs.
  • Resiliency Goals & Objectives (Draft): A framework shaped by stakeholder priorities for strengthening community assets and preparing for future challenges.
  • Special Additional Study Summary: Highlights opportunities for a deeper dive into downtown revitalization.

If you haven't already, be sure to take the Resiliency Survey and share your vision! These materials are open for public comment soon, and your input is vital. This release is tailored for stakeholders, city staff, City Council, and the Planning & Zoning team.
